Moorways Water Park Online Booking Terms and Conditions

 

1. Online bookings for swimming can be made up to 8 weeks in advance
    
2. All sessions are bookable online only
    
3. Please present a copy (printed or electronic) of your booking confirmation and present it to reception on arrival, at which point you will be issued your wrist bands at the start of your session which must be worn by all participants at all times. Failure to display a valid wrist band may result in non-entry and/or your session becoming void
    
4. All participants purchasing a non-standard ticket must provide valid evidence of entitlement at the point of entry.  Any participant who cannot provide the required evidence will be required to upgrade to the relevant full ticket price prior to entry
    
5. Customers are to create an account at payment screen by entering a password, this will allow customers to make amendments to bookings up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled start time.
    
6. Please note we do not offer any ticket refunds. Customers can only amend session dates and/or times and add additional tickets to existing bookings subject to availability. Changes to ticket types or cancellation of all or any tickets is not permitted
    

FACILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

1. All bookings must be made via the website or the Everyone Active app, and it is recommended to book your session prior to arrival at Moorways Sports Village and Water Park
    
2. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your booked session to allow sufficient time for parking and entrance to the Water Park.  Moorways Sports Village can be busy during peak periods, weekends and during school holidays so please allow extra time for parking
    
3. Parking is available for free for customers at Moorways Sports Village for a period of three hours. Parking over three hours is charged at £2.90
    
4. Customers with young children using pushchairs are asked to leave their pushchairs in their vehicles
    
5. Please ensure you have a £1 coin or trolley token for your locker as we will not be able to provide change
    
6. All booked sessions are 90 minutes unless specified otherwise. Everyone Active accept no liability for late entrance by customers
    
7. Pool Safety and Admission Rules apply and are displayed within Centre reception areas and set out within these Facilities Terms and Conditions
    
8. Children under the age of eight must be accompanied in the water by their parent or responsible adult aged 18 or over with at least one responsible adult for every two children
    
9. It is the Parents or Responsible adult responsibility to provide arm bands or floatation devices for any child who requires theses aids
    
10. Please allow time for parking
     
11. Swim sessions at Moorways Water Park are for a guaranteed 1hour 30minutes, beginning from the stated start time of your booked session, including changing time
     
12. Admission to the changing village is not permitted until the start of booked swim session
     
13. If, for reasons beyond our control, your session is cancelled, we will endeavour to contact you prior to your arrival at Moorways Water Park and a full refund will be given

Aqua Tube (Fast Slide)

• Feet first
• One rider at a time
• Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride

Body Slide (Family Slide)

• Feet first
• One rider at a time
• Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride

Wave rider

• Raft Slide
• Single and double rafts available
• All riders must be at least 1.2m tall to ride

Rider Slide

• Feet first
• One rider at a time
• Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride

RESTRICTIONS OF USE ON THE ATLANTIS INFLATABLE:

The Inflatable will be available in the main pool during certain session times. These times are visible when booking. However, there is a possibility of short periods of downtime throughout each session.

• Aged 5 years old and upwards.
• All participants must wear buoyancy aids when using the inflatable, which will be provided.
• Smaller over 5’s may not fit properly into the smallest buoyancy aid and will therefore not be able to use the Atlantis Inflatable if this is the case.
• All participants under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.
   

EVERYONE ACTIVE RETAIL REFUND POLICY

Should you wish to return any retail product, on proof of purchase, we will exchange the item or provide a full refund, provided the item is unwashed, unworn and unused. This will be valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be offered on receipt of originally purchased item to Moorways Water Park.

If any retail product is found to be faulty, on proof of purchase we will exchange the item or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING:

No photography is permitted during any public sessions. Permissions can be agreed by the Duty Manager for private birthday parties only.

Only photographs/filming of the individuals within your party can be permitted. This includes individuals who may be captured in the background. All photography and filming is only permitted in the party location or the party rooms.

All participants must agree to abide by photographs/filming conditions, which permits one named person to use one camera on the day of the party.

All additional photographs/filming equipment must be registered with reception before use.

All participants must agree to abide by the Centre’s Rules and Conditions of Hire, and accept that all activities are undertaken at parents and children’s own risk.

Law and Jurisdiction

 

1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and your use of the site confirms your agreement to this jurisdiction. (Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises).
    
2. If any of these Terms of Use is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, then to the extent to which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that clause and the remaining Terms of Use shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
