Water Park Sessions (Peak)
Important Information below:
- Online bookings only. No tickets will be available at reception.
- Lockers are a trolley token, £1 or a padlock. You can purchase a trolley token or a padlock from reception.
- Car parking charges and enforcement is in operation. Upon arrival, provide your vehicle registration details for three hours of free parking - no need to pay and display.
- We are pleased to welcome spectators, with spectating available from our cafe, with no access to poolside.
- Due to allergy concerns, no outside food is permitted on site. Food and refreshments are available to purchase from our on-site cafe.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend your allocated time slot. However, we are happy to offer a transfer to an alternative time or date, subject to availability, for an administrative fee of £2.50 (per over 5's ticket).
Ticket Access
- Tickets for this session include full access to the Water Park including the inflatable obstacle course during applicable times in the main pool, and access to all slides within the Water Park. Please note all slides operate with height and other safety restrictions which may restrict access. These restrictions are detailed below.
- No refunds will be given if you're unable to use the slides or inflatable due to not meeting the restriction requirements, and this is entirely at the lifeguards discretion.
- All sessions are for a period of 90 minutes from the start time on the ticket purchased, and late arrival cannot be credited.
Access to the water park, inflatables, swimming pools and all related activities is subject to Everyone Active’s terms and conditions, and access can be refused at any time during your session.
Atlantis Inflatable
The Atlantis Inflatable is available in the main pool at the following times;
- Saturday 1PM-4PM & Sunday 10AM-1PM*
- During some Derbyshire school holidays. Please see available bookings for specific times.*
*Please note that there is a possibility of short periods that the Atlantis Inflatable is unavailble on some dates due to swimming galas and other events such as private events and birthday parties.
Access to the Atlantis Inflatable is for aged 5 years old upwards, and all participants under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old, on a 1:1 ratio. All participants must wear buoyancy aids when using the inflatable, which will be provided. Smaller over 5’s may not fit properly into the smallest buoyancy aid and will not be able to use the Atlantis if this is the case.
Discounted Tickets
When purchasing a discounted rate ticket, evidence of entitlement will be required upon entry, and any attendees without the correct entitlement evidence will be required to upgrade to the relevant full-price ticket. Evidence of entitlement includes; proof of age for age-related tickets, or where the ticket relates to a Leisure Card (What is a Leisure Card?), then the named individual must hold a valid card which must be produced for each attendee at every visit entry. Access to the water park will only be granted for the relevant wrist-band holders only, which will be allocated upon arrival at the centre to valid ticket holders only.
